STRENGTH TRAINING

Our 30 minute STRENGTH TRAINING classes will focus primarily on 1 or 2 muscle groups such as arms, abs or glutes.  The 30 minute class is an excellent workout to pair with a RIDE class.

Our 45 minute STRENGTH TRAINING classes will focus on a full body workout utilizing dumbbells, kettle bells, fit bands, body weight exercises, glute bands, and the bench.  

 

Space is limited to only 5 benches and these fill up fast so book soon!
