Island RIDE is the only dedicated boutique indoor cycling studio on the island of Kauai.  Our studio is a balance of beauty and function featuring our Ride Room with a nightclub feel and cutting-edge technology designed to inspire and motivate.  We feature Stages SC3 indoor bikes and StagesCloud, an interactive indoor cycling display system that allows each rider to work to their optimal training level individually, rewarding their effort, while in a group environment regardless of fitness level. And we are now introducing STRENGTH TRAINING featuring FITBENCH to our class lineup!!
